1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) apply to all online sales of AWAWA LABS products (hereinafter, “Products”) carried out through the www.awawalabs.com website (hereinafter, “Website”).

1.2. The services described in these General Conditions are available only to consumers (hereinafter, “Clients”) who are natural persons acting for purposes extraneous to their trade, business, craft, or profession, aged over 18 (or if minors, duly authorized by their legal representative).

1.3. Clients are required to carefully read the General Conditions, which are made available on the Website to enable Clients to acknowledge, store, and reproduce them. A copy of the General Conditions will also be sent to the Client by email.

1.4. Contracts entered into through the Website are governed by applicable law, including consumer protection regulations relevant to your country of residence.


2. PRICE

2.1. All product prices are indicated in USD on the Website. Delivery costs may be added to the price of the Products and are displayed separately at checkout.

2.2. AWAWA LABS regularly verifies that all prices on the Website are correct but cannot guarantee the absence of errors. If a pricing error is detected, Clients will have the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.


3. PURCHASES

3.1. The essential characteristics and price of each Product are provided for each Product displayed on the Website.

3.2. Clients must read and understand all instructions provided during the purchase procedure, as well as these General Conditions, before submitting an order.

3.3. Orders are placed by adding Products to the shopping bag, selecting a payment method, and confirming the order.

3.4. Clients may correct errors in their order before submission by adjusting quantities or removing items from the shopping bag.

3.5. By submitting an order, Clients acknowledge that they have read and accept all General Conditions.

3.6. Order details and Client data may be stored by AWAWA LABS as required by applicable law.


4. METHOD OF PAYMENT

4.1. Payment is debited before the product is shipped. Only the payment methods listed at checkout are accepted.


5. PROMO CODES

5.1. Promo codes must be entered during checkout to be valid. Codes cannot be applied after purchase.


6. TAXES

6.1. All prices shown on the Website are excluding VAT, unless otherwise indicated. For deliveries within the EU, VAT will be added at checkout.

6.2. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. AWAWA LABS has no control over these fees. Contact your local customs office for details.


7. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

7.1. Products are shipped only to the address registered with the payment method (PayPal, Apple Pay, or credit card).

7.2. International shipments may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

7.3. US customers: Deliveries may take up to 28 days due to customs security measures.

7.4. Clients or their nominated representative must be present at delivery. Packages must be checked for damage and item count at the time of receipt. Any issues must be recorded on the courier’s delivery note immediately.

7.5. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.


8. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

8.1. Product details, including codes, are available on the Website.

8.2. AWAWA LABS strives to maintain accurate product availability. In rare cases, products may be temporarily unavailable; clients will be notified and refunded if necessary.

8.3. Customized or personalized products may have slight variations due to mechanical or human factors. AWAWA LABS is not liable for minor differences in appearance.


9. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

9.1. A contract is deemed executed when AWAWA LABS confirms that the order has been successfully placed, the product is available, and payment has been received.

9.2. AWAWA LABS reserves the right to partially fulfill orders if some products are unavailable. Only the cost of fulfilled items will be charged.

9.3. AWAWA LABS is not responsible for errors caused by client connection issues to the Website.

9.4. Clients will receive an email confirmation including order details, pricing, delivery charges, and return instructions. Clients should review this immediately and report any errors.


10. INVALIDITY OF THE ORDER PROPOSAL

10.1. Orders may be considered invalid if AWAWA LABS has reason to believe the client:
(i) intends to purchase for commercial purposes;
(ii) is not acting in good faith; or
(iii) attempts to misuse cancellation rights.

10.2. In such cases, AWAWA LABS will notify the client and cancel any charges.


11. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

11.1. Delivery occurs after payment is received and cleared.

11.2. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

11.3. Products are delivered via selected couriers between Monday and Friday, excluding holidays. AWAWA LABS is not responsible for courier delays.

11.4. Products are usually delivered within 30 days of order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure or courier delays.

11.5. The client must verify the number of items and the condition of packaging at delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be recorded immediately.


12. DISPATCHING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Clients will receive email notifications when the product is dispatched and upon delivery.


13. PACKAGING

Products are delivered with high-standard packaging. Orders cannot be canceled or amended after dispatch.


14. RETURNS AND WARRANTY

AWAWA LABS accepts returns within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged or not working, and the item must be in its original packaging.

No additional warranty beyond this return policy is provided.
