Download the Picdance app from the App Store, connect your LED case via Bluetooth, and create animations, text, or images. You can save multiple designs and switch between them anytime.

Which iPhone models are compatible?

The case works with iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max. Other models are currently not supported.

Can I display GIFs or animations?

Yes, you can display GIFs, animations, static text, or images. The app also allows resizing and positioning on the LED grid.

Can I preview designs before displaying them?

Yes, the Picdance app provides a real-time preview of your animation so you can adjust everything before sending it to the case.

Can I share my designs with friends?

Yes, you can export your creations and share them via the app or social media. Friends can view your designs even without owning a case.

How do I place an order?

Select your preferred product, add it to your cart, and complete checkout using PayPal or a credit card. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified before shipping. If you need to make changes, contact support as soon as possible.

Yes, it’s made from premium, durable materials designed to protect your phone from daily wear and drops while showcasing your animations.

Can I charge my phone with the case on?

Yes, the case includes a charging port that allows you to connect your iPhone charging cable directly. You can charge your phone without removing the case.

Can I update my display after customization?

Absolutely. You can change your display anytime using the Picdance app to keep your style fresh.

Is the LED safe to use?

Yes, the LEDs are low-power, safe for daily use, and won’t affect your health or your phone.

Does the case come in different colors?

Currently, only black is available. 

What happens if my case stops working?

Contact support immediately. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product arrived damaged or not functioning.

Will the LED display drain my phone battery?

The LED case draws power from your iPhone’s battery through the charging port, and Bluetooth is used to control it. While this may use a small amount of battery, it’s designed to be energy-efficient and won’t significantly affect normal phone usage.

How do I clean the case?

Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquids or chemical cleaners on the LED panel to prevent damage.
